Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Policy

At PHC Omaha (Pride Health Clinic & PHC Medspa, we strive to provide timely, quality care to all patients. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations limit our ability to accommodate other patients in need of services. To ensure efficient scheduling and continuity of care, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.

Policy Details

• A No Show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment or if you have a late cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice

Patients who no-show, cancel, or reschedule appointments within the 48-hour window may:

• Be charged a $50 missed appointment fee, and/or

• Lose the ability to schedule future appointments with the clinic.

Repeated occurrences may also result in dismissal from the practice at the discretion of the provider and clinic administration.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are experiencing difficulties attending appointments, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can work with you whenever possible.
