To schedule an appointment, please use our appointment bot or text us at 402-243-1526 with the type of visit you’re looking for, your preferred days/times and your full name & Date of Birth. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

New Patient Appointment Policy

To help reduce missed appointments, a $50 fee will be charged to your card at the time of booking for all new patient visits. 

This amount will be applied toward your co-pay at the time of your visit or refunded after your appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment or fail to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, the $50 fee will be forfeited.

When booking on your mobile device you may need to slide to the left when you get to the payment portion. 

New Medicaid and Medicare patients do not need to place deposits. Please choose either "NEW Medicare/Medicaid Gender Affirming" "NEW Medicare/Medicaid PCP" or "NEW Medicare/Medicaid GYN" when scheduling your appointment. 

To ensure quality care for all patients, repeated no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment may result in discharge from the clinic.

Please complete all required questionnaires at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to maintain your scheduled time. If you need to complete questionnaires at the clinic, notify us in advance and plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early.

Appointments that cannot begin on time due to incomplete paperwork may need to be rescheduled, and any deposit for that appointment will be forfeited.
