For patients who prefer not to use insurance, or whose insurance is out of network, Pride Health Clinic offers simple self-pay pricing.

• New Patient Visit: $200

• Follow-Up Visits: $100

• Gender-Related Lab Panel: $50

Important Notes About Self-Pay

• Self-pay rates are discounted prices available when insurance is not billed.

• If you choose self-pay, the visit will not be submitted to insurance.

• Payment is due at the time of service.

Self-pay can sometimes be less expensive than using insurance, especially if you have a high deductible. Patients are welcome to ask our staff about self-pay options when scheduling.
