Weight Loss Self Pay

Office Visit:
$50 self-pay (cash/credit). Insurance is typically not accepted for weight loss visits, as most plans do not cover this service. If you choose to have the visit billed to insurance and your deductible, copay, or coinsurance is higher than our $50 self-pay rate, you will be responsible for the amount determined by your insurance, which may exceed the $50 self-pay price. Once a visit is submitted to insurance, the charge cannot be changed to the self-pay rate.

Labs:
$50–$200 depending on what is discussed with the provider and which labs are ordered. Labs may be billed to insurance.
