Did you receive a Patient Bill and would like to make a payment?
Pride Health Clinic uses Square, Venmo and Zelle for payments.
Please have your invoice with you. You will need to enter the invoice number while making your payment.
If you are unable to the full amount and need to setup a payment plan, please let us know.
Billing and Insurance:
For questions about billing and insurance, please send message in Charm patient portal to Billing Department. You can also send an email to info@pridehealthclinic.com with subject billing.
Laboratory Bills:
We send our bloodwork and swabs to Quest Diagnostics. If you receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics, please contact them for questions and concerns. https://www.questdiagnostics.com/
Swabs, PAPs and Urine Samples:
We send swabs, PAPs and urine to MDL (Medical Diagnostic Laboratories) for processing. If you receive a bill from MDL, please contact them for questions and concerns. https://www.mdlab.com/
