Blake Heuertz brings over three years of accomplished experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). His passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care is evident in every interaction. Blake is a steadfast advocate for diversity and inclusion and is honored to be a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. 

Blake serves as a primary point of contact, his comprehensive knowledge and engaging professional presence are vital to our clinic's mission of offering exceptional healthcare services. 

Blake currently works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday during business hours.
